Born at Pembrook Docls South Wales on Dec. 14th 1874. Husband of Myra Carroll of Burnaby Lake BC. James enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vernon BC on Sept. 11th 1916 listing his occupation as "Rancher" James died at Vancouver BC on April 24th 1921 at the age of 45. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
