Born in the city of Eastington Glos. England on Nov. 18th 1890, he enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on Dec. 18th 1916 listing his occupation as "Teamster" Frederick died at Vancouver BC on June 29th 1921 at the age of 40. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
