Born in town of Winton near Manchester England on May 31st 1870. Husband of Sarah Higgin, He enlisted into the C.E.F. at Camp Vernon BC on Aug. 28th 1915. He listed his occupation as "Iron & Brass Moulder" He died in Vancouver BC on Nov. 4th 1918 at the age of 48.
