Husband of Annie A. Horne of Vancover BC. James was born in Dundee Scotland on Aug. 16th 1879. He enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on Sept. 18th 1915, he listed piror military service with the 72nd Reg. (Militia) he listed his occupation as "Blacksmith" James died at Vancouver BC on May 28th 1917 at the age of 38.
