A First World War Honor Roll was unveiled on April 21, 1918, above and behind the pulpit in College Street Baptist Church. Around 1960 the congregation at 506 College Street dwindled and the church closed. The building was sold to the Portuguese Seventh-day Adventist Church. In 2007, the building was sold to a developer and turned into residential homes. It is not known what happened to the Honor Roll.

An organ in honour of College Street Baptist Church parishioners who gave their lives in the First World War was unveiled on January 17, 1926, by Brigadier-General C.H. Mitchell.

Around 1960 the congregation at 506 College Street dwindled and the church closed. The building was sold to the Portuguese Seventh-day Adventist Church. In 2007, the building was sold to a developer and turned into residential homes. There are no records of what happened to the organ.

The Honourable Thomas Ridout was the Surveyor General of Upper Canada from 1810 to 1829. His son Thomas Gibbs Ridout served in the War of 1812. Thomas' son George Ridout and grandson George Lawton Ridout both served as Royal Engineers in the First World War. George's son William Lawton Ridout served as a Captain in the 9th Gurkha Rifles and was killed in action on December 13, 1941. This plaque was erected by the Ridout family in their honour.

Major General George Sterling Ryerson was born in Toronto in1855. He served in the Fenian Raid of 1870, graduated from Trinity Medical College in 1875 and served in the Northwest Resistance of 1885 as surgeon of the 10th Battalion, Royal Grenadiers. In 1892, he founded the Association of Medical Officers of Canadian Militia which resulted in the organization of the Canadian Army Medical Corps. He founded the Canadian Red Cross Society in 1896 and was the Canadian Red Cross Commissioner, South Africa 1900 - 1901. His wife, Mary Amelia Crowther, was lost at sea when the RMS Luisitania was torpedoed during the First World War on May 5, 1915.
