His name as it is inscribed on the Vimy Memorial. Over 11,000 fallen Canadians having no known place of burial in France, are honoured on this Memorial. May they never be forgotten. (J. Stephens) -

Mr. Percy Arnold enlisted with the 157th Infantry Battalion Simcoe Foresters and sailed to England October 18th 1916. The Battalion was broken up and was absorbed into the 116th Battalion. He had obtained the rank of Sgt. with the 157th but he was reverted to Cpl. in the 116th. -
