Canadian National Railways - World War One Roll of Honour. Charles William McCallum enlisted in Fredericton, New Brunswick, with the 24th Canadian Overseas Field Battery . He described his occupation on his military attestation form as a clerk with the Intercolonial Railway of Canada (later absorbed by the Canadian National Railways). McCallum was born in Ayr, Scotland. In honoured memory.

Plaque of brown wood, lettering is in gold. At the top there is a union jack and a red ensign flag, at the bottom there is a maple leaf. This plaque hung in the Second Baptist Church of Lutes Mountain (Lutes Mountain United Baptist Church) and currently hangs in the schoolroom of the Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum.
Memorial Inscription:
Marked in gold lettering: "Pupils of Lutes Mt. School erected this tablet in memory of Fellow Pupils who were killed in the Great War." Chas. McCallum Thomas Francis Oley Lutes Asail Horsman David Killam Percy Leaman George Leaman Danl. McPherson Edgar Horsman Bliss Rogers Miller Horsman.
