Page 875 of 1140. He was initially buried in L’Abbaye German Military Cemetery, located 5 ½ miles North West of St. Quentin near Villecholles. He body was subsequently exhumed and re-interred in ROISEL COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION.

Roisel is a small town 11 kilometres east of Peronne. The ROISEL COMMUNAL CEMETERY is on the east side of the road to Villers-Faucon and the EXTENSION is immediately to the north of the Communal Cemetery.
