Stanlet was born in Chilton England on July 13th 1890.  He enlistied into the C.E.F. at Valcartier Quebec on Sept. 23rd 1915 he listed his occupation as "Steward"
Stanley died at Vancouver BC on April 12th 1916 at the age of 24 and was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
