  • Grave Marker– Grave of 180805 Pvt. Frederick Alex Lidgate who served with the 19th Battn. C.E.F.  Born in Sannich BC on Jan. 20th 1881. Frederick enlisted into the 88th Battn. C.E.F. (replacement) at Victoria BC on Nov. 12th 1915 he listed prior military service with the 88th Victoria Fusiliers Canadian Militia. He listed his occupation as "Surveyor"  Frederick died at Vancouver BC on March 10th 1921 at the age of 40.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery at Vancouver BC.
