Born in Vancouver BC on April 20th 1895 George enlisted into the R.C.N.V.R. at Victoria BC on May 12th 1915 listing his occupation as "Sailor"  George died at Vancouver BC on May 23rd 1921 at the age of 26.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
