Husband of Agnes Oetegenn of Calgary Alberta and later Vancouver BC. Charles enlisted into the C.E.F. at Calgary Alberta on June 15th 1915 listing his occupation as "Carpenter" Charles died at Vancouver BC on Feb. 4th 1920 at the age of 32. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC.
