  • Grave Marker– Grave of 154981 Corp. Charles Armour Oetegenn who served with the Canadian Railway Troops C.E,F.  Born in the town of Margate Scotland on Nov. 6th 1886.  Husband of Agnes Oetegenn of Calgary Alberta and later Vancouver BC.  Charles enlisted into the C.E.F. at Calgary Alberta on June 15th 1915 listing his occupation as "Carpenter"
Charles died at Vancouver BC on Feb. 4th 1920 at the age of 32.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC.
