Photo of Frederick Robinson
This photo hung in my grandfather's den up until his death in 1973. As both were graduates of Bishops College (my grandfather H.A. Harding in 1906 and F.R. Robinson in 1908), I assume that is where they met. On the rear of the photo an inscription reads: Lieut. F.R. Robinson 13th Bat. Royal Highlander, March 24th 1916.Sent from Montreal just before the 13th left for England. Killed by a shell while returning from the trenches- France Aug 19th 1916. -
