Etaples is a town about 27 kilometres south of Boulogne. The Etaples Military Cemetery is to the north of the town, on the west side of the road to Boulogne.

  • Inscription– Inscription inside Memorial Room, Soldiers' Tower, University of Toronto. The carillon was installed and dedicated in 1927. Originally there were 23 bells. Alumni, students and friends of the University donated the funds for the carillon bells in memory of those who fell in the Great War. Dedications are inscribed high on the walls of the Memorial Room. Bell V is dedicated: "In memory of members of the 147th (Grey) Battalion, C.E.F." Photo by K. Parks, Alumni Relations.
