WAR Surnames: Dack to Dabate. Microform Sequence 26; Volume Number 31829_B016735. Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 170. Page 549 of 1140.  Buried just South of Petite Vimy, ¾ mile West of Vimy France. The grave was destroyed in later battles. His sacrifice is commemorated at BOIS-CARRE BRITISH CEMETERY.
