  • Arthur Robitaille and Alcide Laporte– Photo of Alcide Laporte taken in England while he was in service with his comrade Arthur Robitaille who later married my grandfather's sister, Georgianna Bisson, in 1931.  He was born in St-Armand, in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes parish, on February 9, 1894.  He was a DENIS known Laporte.  He died of the Spanish Influenza on December 18, 1918.
